1. You must be at least 13 years old to take an active part in The T-Shirt I Wear.
2. You may not post violent, nude, partially nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic or sexually suggestive photos. IT'S NOT COOL and will get you barred from our feed and reported to Instagram.
3. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, files, information, images, graphics, photos, audio and video clips, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications and other content or materials (collectively, "Content") that you submit under the hash tag #thetshirtiwear, post or display on or via The T-Shirt I Wear.
4. You must not change, modify, adapt or alter The T-Shirt I Wear or change, modify or alter another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with The T-Shirt I Wear.
5. The T-Shirt I Wear prohibits crawling, scraping, caching or otherwise accessing any content on The T-Shirt I Wear via automated means, including but not limited to, user profiles and photos (except as may be the result of standard search engine protocols or technologies used by a search engine with The T-Shirt I Wear's express consent).
6. The T-Shirt I Wear does not claim ownership of any Content that you post on or through The T-Shirt I Wear. Instead, you hereby grant to The T-Shirt I Wear a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use the Content that you post on or through The T-Shirt I Wear.
